Waitress / Waiters (CODE: WTR)
Height at least 5'6 for males and 5'3 for females
Preferably with a degree in BS HRM or its equivalent
Preferably with experience in a fine restaurant
Good communication skills and customer-oriented
Energetic and Flexible
Willing to work in broken schedule and night shift

Bartender (CODE: BAR)
Male, not more than 28 years old
Height at least 5'5
At least 1 year experience in bartending
Preferably with a degree in BS HRM or its equivalent
Knowledge in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Energetic and flexible
Willing to work in broken schedule and night shift

Kitchen Staff (CODE:KS)
Male not more than 35 years of age
BS HRM graduate or its equivalent
Knowledge in Mexican Cuisine is a great advantage
With knowledge in food preparation procedures.
Can handle the speed of busy kitchen
Willing to work in broken schedule and night shift

Kitchen Helper (CODE:KH)
Male 20-25 years old
At least High School graduate or College Level
Flexible and hardworking
Can handle the speed of busy kitchen
Willing to work in broken schedule and night shift
