The SENIOR WEB DESIGNER leads a team of web designers that work with web
developers/programmers in a highly dynamic, aggressive and high volume global
internet marketing operations.



General Requirements

1. Top-level web designer and effective team leader

2. Great design skills in terms of quality and
quantity



Technical
Requirements

1. Mastery of HTML and CSS

2. Mastery of Adobe Photoshop CS or FireWorks
3. Mastery of Macromedia DreamWeaver
4. Skills in Adobe Illustrator
and Wordpress; Joomla, a plus

5. Knowledge with Javascripts and form
validations

6. Strong knowledge of table-less websites

7. Good
background with dynamic websites
8. Experience in Flash, PHP, Apache and
MySQL a plus



Other Requirements

1. Excellent command of the English language

2. Experience in working for a foreign company

3. Experience in managing web development projects /
operations

4. Must be a good Team Player and effective Team
Leader

5. Very internet savvy and keen on details
